An individual who has made outstanding contributions to the work of the auxiliary and to the promotion and protection of engineering education, research and practice for at least five years.

Eligibility

Outstanding contribution to the auxiliary and to engineering education, research and practice for at least five years. Recommended by the Executive Committee and approved by the ESOL Board of Directors.

Required documents

By nomination — citation of contributions.

An individual with at least a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in engineering, an extraordinary record of accomplishment that contributed importantly to the advancement of engineering, distinctive public service, and not less than 15 years of active engineering practice.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering; extraordinary record of accomplishment; distinctive public service; ≥15 years of active engineering practice. By nomination of the Executive Committee, approved by the ESOL Board of Directors.

Required documents

By nomination — supporting record of accomplishment and service.

A full member of ESOL in good standing who is a graduate of an accredited school of engineering with a bachelor's degree in the auxiliary's professional sector, or holds an equivalent qualification through training and practice.

Eligibility

Full member of ESOL in good standing; bachelor's degree from an accredited school of engineering in Electrical, Electronics, IT or Telecommunications, or equivalent qualification through training and practice (reviewed by the Membership Committee and approved by the Executive Committee).

Required documents

Passport photo, Government ID, CV/Résumé, Academic credentials (bachelor's degree), Evidence of ESOL membership, Professional license/certificate (if applicable).

Upgrade pathway

May be elevated to Fellow upon an extraordinary record of accomplishment and ≥15 years of active practice (by Executive Committee nomination, approved by the ESOL Board).

A full or graduate member of ESOL in good standing who is a graduate of an accredited school of engineering with a bachelor's degree within the auxiliary's professional sector, or holds an equivalent qualification through training and practice.

Full or graduate member of ESOL in good standing; bachelor's degree from an accredited school of engineering within the auxiliary's professional sector, or equivalent qualification through training and practice.

Passport photo, Government ID, CV/Résumé, Academic credentials, Evidence of ESOL membership.

Upgrade pathway

May be upgraded to Full Member upon meeting the requirements (by application or Executive Committee action).

An individual with an associate degree or its equivalent in engineering within the auxiliary's professional sector.

Associate degree or its equivalent in engineering within the auxiliary's professional sector.

Upgrade pathway

May be upgraded upon attaining a bachelor's degree and meeting Full/Graduate Member requirements.

An individual with an interest in SEEITE who wishes to support and engage with the Society.

Eligibility

Any individual with a demonstrated interest in SEEITE and its objectives.

Passport photo, Government ID.

Upgrade pathway

May upgrade to Associate/Graduate/Full upon meeting the academic and ESOL requirements.

A student member of ESOL in good standing enrolled in engineering school leading toward at least an associate degree in engineering, applied science or pure science within the auxiliary's professional sector.

Eligibility

Student member of ESOL in good standing; enrolled in an engineering programme leading toward at least an associate degree within the auxiliary's professional sector.

Required documents

Passport photo, Government ID, Proof of enrolment / student ID, Evidence of ESOL student membership.

Upgrade pathway

Transitions out of Student grade by the end of the calendar year of graduation; upgrade to Graduate/Associate/Full upon qualification.
